“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.” – Psalm 19:14
What you do speaks louder than what you say, but what you say often shows what you are thinking. What you are thinking defines who you really are. The motivation behind all that most of the time is desire to find acceptance. The question is whose acceptance are we seeking? The Psalmist had claimed the Lord as His Redeemer or as we know it today, Savior. He knew that his strength for each day came from God. He wanted God’s acceptance in his life and so he cried to Him for help to think and talk appropriately. Why not try this recipe for success today?
